4. Booking & Payment
4.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:

Written confirmation is issued by us
4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment must be made at least 3 prior to your booking date

Payments may be accepted via bank transfer, card, mobile money and cash.

Prices are listed in USD and/or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
4.3 Currency
Payments can only be made in USD or TZS.
5. Pricing Transparency
All prices:

Include picnic setup and agreed styling

Exclude optional upgrades unless selected

Exclude transport or location fees outside standard areas

6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Arrive on time for their booking. Booking will be cancelled with no refund after 30 min.

Follow any safety instructions provided
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.

All experiences are subject to:

8. Weather Policy
Our experiences are held outdoors and are subject to weather conditions.
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we will offer:

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
9.1 EU Consumer Notice (Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
Leisure services booked for a specific date or time
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.
